Placé sous le thème «Le parfum et la beauté de Tràng An», la Fête traditionnelle de Tràng An marque la reconnaissance des Vietnamiens à l’égard du Saint Minh Quy Dai Vuong, un général sous le règne du 18e roi fondateur Hùng.
À cette occasion, ont été organisés une cérémonie de prière pour de bonnes conditions météorologiques et la prospérité des habitants, ainsi que de nombreux rites traditionnels.
Cette fête est aussi une bonne occasion d’éduquer et de cultiver le patriotisme parmi la population.
