Northern on coldest days of early winter

The temperature has been descended to the lowest level in this winter, at Zero (0)oC in many areas which has been frozen whitely over the surface in the height of more than 1,500m such as Sapa.

Temperature in the mountains falls to more than 2o to 5o in Dien Bien, Lang Son, Son La. In the Northern delta, the temperature remains at 13-15o. It has been preventing people from transferring in this harsh weather.

This temperature will last in 5 days and become easier in 10 days. Take care when traveling in the mountains, avoid swimming in the sea and enjoy all outdoor activities under the cool atmosphere in the cities.
