We experienced very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and excellent advice from Luci, our sales agent, with Jewel tours.  From the initial emails inquiring about a possible Vietnam tour to the actual day to day of our trip we felt confident with her ongoing  support. She was excellent at building a relationship and level of trust between herself, representing Jewel tours, and ourselves.  Luci is a gem.
