Notice for T2 terminal - Noi Bai Airport

Noi Bai airport has opened T2 terminal. At the beginning, it will be used for all arrival/departure inteternational flights. During first time operating of new terminal, there are some problems for the arrival international flights.

Noi Bai airport has opened T2 terminal. At the beginning, it will be used for all arrival/departure inteternational flights. During first time operating of new terminal, there are some problems for the arrival international flights. To make sure all guest are picked up, please note some information as below:

In case guest don’t meet tour guide or driver:
- Please don’t take any car/driver (even taxi) for transfer to hotel if they are not from company who arrange your trip
- Please make a phone call directly to tour guide or Emegency contact (shown in your program)
- Please stand at A1 or A2 gate, tour guide will come to meet guest there.
